Is It Time To Move On? 5 Ways To Tell

Do you feel an ever growing distance between you and the person you’re dating? Getting the feeling like their passive-aggressive behavior is trying to push you away? You might be right. Here’s five ways to tell:

1. They’re not returning your calls or text

A delay of a few hours is fine, but a delay over days means something is up.

2. They’ve stopped spending time with you

We all get busy, but if you can’t remember the last time you saw them and they live in your city/town, that’s a huge red flag.

3. When they do respond or see you, it’s half-hearted

Are you getting the feeling that they’re only giving you 10% of their effort. Or worse, that they make you feel like they’re doing you a huge favor by giving you time out of their day?  If so, it’s time to move on.

4. They keep cancelling on you,  making no efforts to reschedule

If they cancel once and reschedule, no big deal. If you’re on cancellation number three and you realize that they’re not all that concerned about actually seeing you, it might be time to move on.

5. They’ve told you to explore your options

Short of flat-out telling you to move on, telling someone to explore their options is a sure sign that they want you move on.

Good Luck Out There.
